  • Solution & Implementation:
  • Dimensional Accuracy: Practical measurements were taken using laser 3D scanning, and drawings were prepared based on actual site conditions before manufacturing the quench fitting.
  • Handling Strategy: A temporary platform and monorail system were designed, fabricated, and installed to facilitate safe and efficient handling.
  • Execution: The project was successfully completed using a combination of crane and monorail.

The customized approach ensured precise fit-up and smooth handling, overcoming spatial constraints effectively resulting in timely completion of the project
